I certify that I understand that, as a result of the current ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, participation in face to face meetings of any kind, and specifically meetings at which singing is involved, is an activity that is potentially hazardous to my health. In addition, I certify that I am knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with participation in face to face meetings that involve singing and that I understand that the risks include but are not limited to illness or death resulting from possible exposure to the SARS-COV2 virus during my participation. I assume the risks of my participation and, on behalf of myself, my executors, administrators, heirs and next of kin, successors and assigns, I hereby release and discharge from any and all liability, all sponsors, volunteers, and organizers of such face to face meetings, including, but not limited to the Barbershop Harmony Society, its chapters, districts and subsidiaries. This release is in effect from the date of execution until such time as Federal, World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control, state, or generally accepted medical evidence advise that the risk of exposure to the SARS-COV2 virus during the act of face to face meetings involving singing has been reduced to medically acceptable levels.
